On Monday, we headed to Punch HQ for the Punch Publican Awards, and we’re incredibly proud to have been named North East Area Winners in the Publican of the Year category. That win took us through to the UK-wide Publican of the Year 2026 finals — and while we didn’t take home the top spot this time, being recognised at that level is a huge achievement in itself. The standard was exceptionally high, and it was an incredible night celebrating alongside so many brilliant venues and operators 💃🏻🕺🏼 We’re immensely proud of everyone at The Flying Scotsman. This recognition is down to our fantastic team, outstanding entertainment, and—most importantly—our loyal customers and friends.
